Stabbing Pain
Ever have a pain that starts from the mid-upper part of your back and through your chest? It feels like you're being stabbed. Feels like something's stuck between your rib cage and your spinal cord. It hurts like hell and you think you're going to die. It hurts to breathe. The feel of water going down your throat calms it for a second. It comes and goes and when it's gone, despite the memory of the pain, you wonder if you imagined the whole thing.
Weird. Gosh, I hope these aren't famous last words.
